These terms cover your use of Vegas Pool Match (the "site"). By using the site or submitting the form you agree to them.

What the site is

Vegas Pool Match is a referral service. We introduce pool owners in the Las Vegas area to independent local pool service and repair companies. We are not a pool company or a contractor, we do not perform or bid on any work, we do not hold money, and we do not sign anything on your behalf. Any agreement you make is between you and the company you choose.

How we are paid

Homeowners never pay us. Pool companies pay us an advertising fee for introductions. That fee does not change what a company charges you, and we do not receive any part of a service or repair contract.

No guarantees

We check that the companies we work with carry insurance and, for any repair or equipment work, hold a Nevada State Contractors Board license at the time we start working with them, but we do not guarantee their work, their prices, or their results. Check the license yourself on the Nevada State Contractors Board website and get any price in writing before you approve work.

The information on this site

Cost ranges, problem descriptions, and neighborhood notes on this site are general guidance written for Las Vegas pool owners. They are not a quote, a water chemistry prescription, or legal advice, and they may be out of date. Confirm anything that matters with the company you hire.
